If you can’t log in to MT5, it’s usually one of these issues:
1) Server selection (most common)
In MT5, make sure you select the exact server name shown in your ATH Market dashboard.
Server: ATH Markets Ltd.
2) Wrong login used
Use your MT5 account number (login ID) — not your ATH Market email.
3) Incorrect password
Make sure you’re entering your MT5 trading password (not your dashboard password).
If needed, reset your MT5 password from your dashboard (or contact support if you can’t access the reset option).
4) Connection / platform status

Confirm you have a stable internet connection.

Check the MT5 status/connection indicator to ensure it’s connected to the correct server.
If you’ve checked all of the above and it still won’t log in, try copying your login/server directly from the dashboard and resetting the MT5 password, then attempt again.
